At SunTank Studio, we aim to provide professional and high-quality training services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be granted for training sessions and related services.

By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What to Include in the Refund Policy

Our refund policy covers the following key conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe from the date of purchase

  • Refund eligibility depends on usage of sessions or services

  • Full refunds may be granted if no sessions have been used

  • Partial refunds may be issued based on remaining unused sessions

  • No refunds will be provided once services have been fully delivered

Training Sessions & Packages

  • Single sessions are generally non-refundable once completed

  • For package plans, only unused sessions may be eligible for partial refund

  • Any promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable unless required by law

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Clients must provide at least [24 hours] notice for cancellations

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being counted as used

  • Repeated no-shows may affect eligibility for refunds

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered under special conditions, such as:

  • Medical issues (with valid documentation)

  • Relocation or unforeseen circumstances

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
